Reunited Male Dog (Black and White, Pekingnese (mostly))

Dog was dragging a heavy chain and wandering on Dean Rd. We took him to VCA East Colonial Animal Hospital where they found chip but registration is a few years out-of-date and owner\'s info is no longer current. (Haines City, FL; phone disconnected.) We got the dog a rabies vaccination and basic exam. In good shape. Brought home and bathed and applied topical flea med. Please contact us so we can return him to owners; he\'s a real sweetie.
