Register your Pet with WPLP

BEFORE your pet is lost… Advance registering a pet’s photo and owner-contact information at WinterParkLostPets.com helps ensure that found pets could be quickly identified and reunited with their owners.

How it works: Pet registration information is confidential, secure and not shared. When the photo of a found pet is uploaded to WinterParkLostPets.com the database of preregistered pet photos is manually searched for a match. If a possible match is identified the registered owners are contacted to ensure their pet is not missing.

What The Community Says?

"Good morning! I previously lived on Oneco Avenue and through a neighbor, became familiar with your organization. Several years ago, you assisted me with local networking in an effort to locate a lost cat in our community and since then, your website has been my first recommendation when I hear of missing pets in this area. Long story short, I love your mission and feel that you provide an invaluable resource for our local residents. I now live on Sunset Drive and continue to follow your work. If I can be of assistance to your group in any way - events, promotions, etc. - just let me know. I'm right around the corner! Have a good weekend, take care, and thank you for all that you do. Michelle"

Thank you everyone who was so helpful and friendly. We would of not been able to find her if it wasn't for you and our Winter Park Community. From Eric and his girlfriend who saw her on his ring camera, to the pool guy on the Isle of Sicily who said he saw her out in the Circle in front of the house. And thank you the Winterparklostpets.com. What a wonderful service to our community!

Midnight (our black pug) was reunited in such a short time (although it felt very long) through your website. I had met you before at an event and appreciate all you do for rescues as well. Thank you for an awesome community resource. We are so grateful to have Midnight back home! NOTE: Midnight was WPLP's 1900th reunited pet.

I was the foster mom of Miranda who was adopted to a couple in Winter Park and was lost 4 days after. Thank you for your awesome site. Good people who see a stray dog are so much more empowered to act when they know the dog is lost, know her name, know she isn’t aggressive. Miranda just needed a few more days with her new parents to realize she had won the lottery in forever homes. I am so grateful that she will now get that chance. Kathryn

Maisie was found thanks to the diligence and convenience of winterparklostpets.com I had posted her photos and story on multiple sites and lost pet pages but only through winterparklostpets was I alerted by another user that Maisie had been found in a neighbors garage and was able to keep warm overnight. They included pictures in their text and within the hour she was back home and safe!

We posted our lost dog Lola on winterparklostpets.com and she was found the same day! Judy, Shelley and the team at WPLP were so caring and connected with other organization to find out little Lola. They follwed up several times to ensure she was OK. We are so lucky to have this group in our community as a resource. We are grateful for this amazing, caring and dedicated group of animal advocates!
