Reunited Female Dog (Brown - shaved into a mohawk, Lab/Shepard?)

This dog is really underweight but otherwise seems healthy. She is sweet and doesn\\\'t appear to be afraid of people. She is shaved all over except a strip down her back. REUNITED 1/13/12
