Reunited Female Dog (Golden, Golden Retriever)

I found a hungry, very friendly, what appears to be a golden retriever running in my street. I watched to see if she returned to a home but I have never seen her in the area. After a few cars went past, I decided to search the craigslist ads with no luck. Please help me reunite her with her owner! REUNITED
