Reunited Male Dog (Brown/Black, German Shepherd)

Found this very sweet dog yesterday at approximately noontime. She seemed to be in distress and was very skittish and wouldn\'t let us near her. She had a brown leather collar but no tags. We called Orange County Animal Services and they picked her up.
