Reunited Male Dog (black and brown, German Shephard/Basset Hound)

My little escape artist managed to open a window and tear the screen to escape. He is not always nice with other dogs but loves people. He was with ny other dog who came home on his own. Has a red collar but no tags on. He is micro-chipped and it is registered. He is the brown and black dog in the picture REUNITED 4/26/13
