Reunited Male Dog (Tan, Chihuahua)

Reported Reunited on 2019-07-28 11:39:54 | Dog has an underbite and is most likely blind. He is in a safe home with food, water and blankets. Please contact ASAP. He was taken to two vets, they could not take him but they did check for a microchip and nothing was detected
