Lost Male Cat (Black, Bombay) | "Grim/Phantom"

Long Black haired cat, tiny tuft of white on chest. Friendly, but cautious. He's an "outside" cat, that calls a few houses "home" in the neighborhood. We all feed him (think its a him), and take care of him. Sometimes he'll come inside for a few days, then wants back out. New neighbor had workers in back yard for a few days, which may have spooked him away, so he may be hiding , or moved a couple of blocks over (far enough that when we call him, we won't answer). He's a heavy set cat, pendulum like, very long hair. Please text or email if you see him. Thank you
