Reunited Male Bird (Black, Short hair domestic)

Feral was saved once fron Orange County Animal Control. He is thin and has hair issues due to allergies. He is very sweet and an indoor cat but enjoys the outdoors. A reward is offered. CAT JUST TOOK A STROLL... NOW HOME!
