Reunited Male Bird (Black, Domestic Short Hair)

He is 18 months old, neutered, declawed (front paws), weighs about 15 pounds, stretches up to around 3 feet tall, and exceptionally friendly. He has a slender longer body, a small white patch on his flappy belly, and lighter hazel-green eyes. He does not have a collar. REUNITED 11/8/12
