In today's economy cash counts. Make your own cat toy on the cheap that will provide your cat with hours of fun.
First find an old shoe box and cut openings on the top and sides that are large enough for your cat to put their paw in it, then place a ping pong ball inside and tape the box shut (packing tape works well).
