Service Quality
WinterParkLostPets depends on the truthfulness of its users in posting a lost or found pet. We require verification of your posting via valid email address. As a user you agree to not intentionally disrupt the service. For example, you will not SPAM our message boards or use programs intended to overload the site.
WinterParkLostPets verifies every posting as every pet is important to us.
Posting Removals
A posting will be removed if we can't reach you via email or phone to verify your posting. A posting will also be removed if it is a stolen pet. A stolen pet should be reported to your local law enforcement. A posting will be removed if it is not pertinent to our area and email list.
Your Communications
You may not use language or perform any activity that is threatening, violent, hateful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, discourteous, embarrassing, or unlawful on this site. WinterParkLostPets reserves the right to remove or edit messages or other material submitted by users.
You must not do any of the following:
- Post a sexually explicit image.
- Post material that is copyrighted or a trade secret.
- Post material that is intended to cause harm. For example, a document with a malicious script, a virus, trojan horse, etc.
- Post materials to WinterParkLostPets that violate the rights of any third party.
You are responsible for your own postings and are responsible for the consequences that result from your postings.
